1. General Terms

36kbd (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and casino platform. These terms apply to all registered and unregistered users.

By using the 36kbd.click website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. 36kbd reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

• These terms apply in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall take precedence.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with 36kbd, you must meet the following eligibility criteria. If you do not qualify, you should not create an account — and if one is created, we reserve the right to close it.

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Providing accurate and truthful information at registration is mandatory — including your name, date of birth, address, and contact details.
• Each person may only create one account. Multiple accounts sharing the same IP address, device, or payment method are strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Sharing account access with others is not allowed.
• Withdrawals will not be available until the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process is completed.

KYC verification typically requires a copy of your national ID or passport along with recent proof of address. Verification is usually completed within 24–48 hours.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

All financial transactions on 36kbd must be made using secure and legitimate payment methods. All transactions are conducted in BDT.

• Minimum deposit: ৳300. The maximum daily deposit limit depends on the user's account level.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal limit: ৳50,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawals via Mobile Pay and Nagad are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to process.

Withdrawals exceeding ৳1,00,000 may require additional verification as part of our security measures. 36kbd reserves the right to investigate any unusual transaction patterns.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

36kbd regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the promotions page. General bonus terms are outlined below.

• The welcome bonus applies to first deposits only and is available to new users exclusively.
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• When betting with bonus balance, the maximum stake per bet is ৳500 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Free spin bonuses generally apply to specific slot games, and winnings from free spins are subject to wagering requirements. Cashback bonuses are typically credited as real money and carry lower wagering requirements.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to participation in Sports Betting and casino games. These rules are in place to protect the interests of all players.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Pre-match odds apply to all bets placed before the match begins.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change and are not confirmed until the bet is accepted.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 36kbd reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets are generally voided and stakes refunded.
• An accumulator bet is only won if all selections are correct.

Each casino game has its own rules, which are accessible within the game itself. Random Number Generator (RNG) certification ensures that every outcome is completely random.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 36kbd platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of your balance.

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or play games.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once ("bonus hunting").
• Betting on any match or game using insider information or engaging in match-fixing.
• Transactions involving money laundering or funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Exploiting any technical glitches or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Threatening or harassing other users, or behaving disrespectfully toward customer support.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

Accounts may be closed either by 36kbd or at the user's own request.

• You can request account closure at any time through customer support.
• If you close your account yourself, you will have the opportunity to withdraw your remaining balance.
• If 36kbd closes your account, you will be informed of the reason and any valid balance will be returned.
• Bonus balances in accounts closed due to a terms violation may be forfeited.
• If you choose self-exclusion under Responsible Gaming, your account cannot be reinstated before the selected period ends.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your information is never sold to third parties.

• We may be required to share information with authorities due to legal obligations.
